Pelvic Pain


Pelvic floor muscle pain and dysfunction that can be experienced by both men and women can include vulvodynia, vaginismus, vestibulodynia, rectal pain, prostatitis, and dyspareunia (painful sex).

Incontinence


Stress incontinence involves involuntary loss of urine from coughing, sneezing and exercise. Urge incontinence is a strong, sudden urge to void (urinate) that cannot be controlled.

Prolapse


Women can experience uterine prolapse (the uterus is falling down), cystocele ( the bladder is falling down) or rectocele (the rectum is falling down).

Movember… it has always made me shudder. Men walking around with the most atrocious mustaches and goatees bringing us back to some long ago dismissed facial fashion trends. They were put to rest for good reason.
